As I am continuing my reading in the book of Isaiah, I am focusing more and more on the glory of God and the character of God. This is partly the inspiration of the posts from this week. My sincere hope is that our contemplation on the glory of God will motivate us to demonstrate a more sincere worship of God.

Thank you for coming to the blog. Thank you for reading, sharing and subscribing. I really appreciate it. I hope the content here helps you in some small measure. Here are the links from this week: Continue Reading…

Happy beginning of October everyone! This week here in the OC, it is beginning to feel a lot like fall, especially in the evenings. This type of temperature is always welcomed. Having lived in Washington state for over 14 years, it brings back some good memories.

As we met with our small group this week, the discussion centered around how to form firm friendships that are founded upon and rooted in the gospel. In the near future, I will definitely explore this topic and write about it. The post that went live Monday generated the most comments (and traffic) in the history of any post found here on this blog. I loved the interaction and dialogue that ensued along with it. I want to thank everyone sincerely for contributing to the conversation. I hope it served you well.

Links Of The Week

September 24, 2011

This has been quite an exciting week. The community here on the blog and on Facebook generated a lot of great buzz around the post on productivity. I want to thank every single person who contributed to the conversation. We definitely learned a lot from one another.

In addition, I loved reading the testimonies of people who have taken their bible reading to the next level with just a few minor tweaks to their regular rhythm. Also this week, my wife and I hosted our good friends who came to visit us from Seattle.
