In this podcast, I discuss six things you must do to hack your energy levels so that you can crush it all day. Recently, I had two very intensive weekends in which I was doing over three talks a day and I was with people the entire time. Although I love what I do, it does take a lot of energy out of you. Speaking or listening sometimes feels like you are dispensing a ton of energy since both times you are either absorbing information or dispersing information. Each day was at least a 16 hr day.
